Profile
I support cross-disciplinary research and innovation between and beyond the social sciences. I have extensive experience in supporting cross-institutional research, knowledge exchange, impact and strategic policy implementation in the Higher Education sector. As Research and Innovation Development Manager, I help bring together different disciplinary expertise from across faculties at Leeds with external partners to address complex research problems. I particularly focus on supporting large funding opportunities across UK and international funders, and the development of researchers and research culture. I support the Co-Production Network, co-lead the Mid-Career Development Cohort and lead on development of support for academics undertaking emotionally challenging research.
